How do I download my purchased book? ▾
After successful payment, go to My Orders in your account. Click on the order and you'll find the download link for your PDF. The link is available immediately after purchase.
How many times can I download a purchased book? ▾
You can download your purchased books unlimited times from your account. There is no expiry on your downloads — they're yours forever.
I paid but didn't receive my book. What should I do? ▾
Please check your
My Orders page first. If the order shows "confirmed" but the download isn't working, email us at
orders@pdfmela.com with your order number and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
Can I get a refund? ▾
Since our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds after a successful download. However, if there's a technical issue or you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we'll make it right.

What payment methods do you accept? ▾
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay — UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and popular wallets like Paytm and PhonePe.
Is my payment information secure? ▾
Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details on our servers.
My payment failed but money was deducted. What now? ▾
Don't worry — if a payment fails after deduction, the amount is automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You can also email us at

How do I create an account? ▾
Click the Login button in the top navigation. Enter your email address and we'll send you a 4-digit OTP. Verify it and your account is ready — no password needed!
I'm not receiving the OTP email. What should I do? ▾
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, wait 60 seconds and click "Resend OTP". Still not working? Email us at

Can I use PDFMela on multiple devices? ▾
Yes! You can log in to your PDFMela account on any device — mobile, tablet, or desktop — and access all your purchased books from anywhere.

What format are the books in? ▾
All books on PDFMela are in PDF format, which can be opened on any device using a free PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat, Google Drive, or your phone's built-in viewer.
Can I request a specific book? ▾
Yes! Use the
Contact Us page and select "Book Request" as the subject. We'll do our best to add it to our collection.
Are the free books really free? ▾
Yes! Books marked as "Free" can be downloaded at no cost. You may need to create a free account to access them.
